"Information Engineering" Concept in Information and Document Management

Aliajdar Seyidzade took the first steps of the scientific idea of national librarianship in Azerbaijan in the 20s and 30s of the 20th century and published the first articles in this field. In 1947, higher education in librarianship was started at Baku State University and in 1962 the Faculty of Librarianship was established at the university. The first dean of the faculty, Professor Abuzar Khalafov, wrote fundamental scientific works in this field and founded the scientific school of library studies in Azerbaijan. The presented article reflects the study of the problem of "Information engineering" in the scientific-pedagogical activity of Ph.D. Parviz Kazimi. The article analyses the multifaceted scientific activity of the scientist, including monographs, scientific articles and a large number of educational literature prepared by him, as well as the ideas put forward by him in the direction of the scientific theory of information engineering. The new concept introduced by the scientist, his articles, conference speeches and scientific papers in this direction are analysed and their important role in the activity of information-document management and training of specialists is pointed out.

Bilgi və Bəlgə Yönətimində “İnformasiya Mühəndisliyi” Konsepsiyası

Öz

XX əsrin 20-30-cu illərində Əliəjdər Seyidzadə Azərbaycanda milli kitabxanaşünaslıq elmi fikrinin ilk addımlarını atmış, bu sahədə ilk məqalələr dərc etdirmişdir. 1947-ci ildən Bakı Dövlət Universitetində ali kitabxanaçılıq təhsilinə başlanılmış, 1962-ci ildə universitetdə Kitabxanaçılıq fakültəsi yaradılmışdır. Fakültənin ilk dekanı professor Abuzər Xələfov bu sahədə fundamental elmi əsərlər yazdı, Azərbaycanda kitabxanaşünaslıq elmi məktəbini yaratdı və formalaşdırdı. Təqdim olunan məqalə Abuzər Xələfov elmi məktəbinin nüfuzlu nümayəndələrindən, tarix üzrə fəlsəfə doktoru, dosent Pərviz Kaziminin elmi-pedaqoji fəaliyyətində “İnformasiya mühəndisliyi” probleminin öyrənilməsini əks etdirir. Məqalədə alimin çoxcəhətli elmi fəaliyyəti, o cümlədən, monoqrafiyaları, elmi məqalələri və hazırladığı çoxsaylı tədris ədəbiyyatı, eləcə də informasiya mühəndisliyi elmi nəzəriyyəsi istiqamətində irəli sürdüyü fikirlər təhlil edilir. Alimin irəli sürdüyü yeni konsepsiya, bu istiqamətdə yazmış oldugu məqalələr, konfrans çıxışları və elmi məqalələri təhlil olunur və informasiya-sənəd menecmenti fəaliyyətində, mütəxəssislərin hazırlanmasında əhəmiyyətli rolu qeyd edilir.
