The global Covid-19 pandemic has led to significant repercussions and diverse practices to address challenges and adapt. Particularly, education has been profoundly affected, prompting urgent measures like rapid transition to remote learning worldwide due to pandemic-induced closures. This has spurred research examining applications at national and international levels. This study employs a qualitative approach to investigate current education research trends during the Covid-19 period. Data from January 2020 to April 2022 articles in peer-reviewed journals on the Dergipark platform were collected through document analysis. Articles containing "Covid-19" and "pandemic" were initially identified, and a subset within "education and educational research" in "social sciences" was sampled. The study's sample comprises 122 articles, including 102 with "Covid-19" or "pandemic" in titles and 20 with both in titles and keywords. Collected data underwent content analysis, categorized by journal title, publication year, methodology, model, data collection, participants, and keywords. Findings are expected to identify overlooked research areas in urgent remote education during Covid-19 and offer insights into post-Covid-19 educational practices and research.
