In the study, it was aimed to determine the spatial and temporal distribution of hazelnut yields in Sakarya, Düzce, Samsun, Ordu, Giresun and Trabzon, which are in the top 6 in Turkey hazelnut production, for the period 1993-2019 and to analyze the relations of this distribution with temperature and precipitation. Firstly, the differences between the provinces and the years in the yield were determined. Then Pearson’s correlation and lineer regression analysis was performed to reveal the relationships with temperature and precipitation. The highest yield is in Sakarya and Düzce, and the lowest is in Giresun. The yield on the working area reached its maximum level with 130.6 kg in 2008 and fell to the lowest level of 63.8 kg in 2016. The effect of total annual precipitation on yield is negative in provinces other than Sakarya. Monthly relations with precipitation are generally very poor. The effect of average annual temperatures on yield is statistically insignificant except for Giresun. Hazelnut yield increased as average, maximum and minimum temperatures increased in March and April.
