Communication within the family plays an important role in the development of the child. Individuals to understand themselves and their surroundings into contact is necessary and important. Adolescent or child of the family to listen effectively and to be open and honest with them effectively to express their thoughts and feelings of children can be effective. Seen as individuals in the family of the child, generation conflicts is dissolved from the mutual understanding of the messages, feelings and thoughts openly say that either, interpersonal and communication barriers, such as a comfortable family speak negatively affect communication. Aile içi iletişim

Öz

Bireylerin kendini ve çevresini anlayabilmesi için iletişime girmesi önemli ve gereklidir. Ailenin çocuğu veya ergeni etkin bir şekilde dinlemesi ve onlara karşı dürüst ve açık olması çocukların duygu ve düşüncelerini etkin bir şekilde ifade etmesinde etkili olabilmektedir. Ailede çocuğun birey olarak görülmemesi, kuşak çatışmalarından kaynaklı karşılıklı iletilerin çözülüp anlaşılamaması, duygu ve düşüncelerin açıkça söylenmemesi, rahat konuşulamaması gibi kişiler arası iletişim engelleri ailedeki iletişimi olumsuz yönde etkileyebilmektedir. Gelecekte yetişkin olacak çocukların gelişiminin sağlıklı olabilmesi için aile içi iletişime önem verilmesi ve konunun ele alınarak irdelenmesi gerekmektedir. Bu düşünceden hareketle makalede iletişimi tanımlamak, iletişimin özelliklerini ve fonksiyonlarını belirlemek, etkili iletişimin önemini vurgulamak, aile içi iletişimin önemi ve aile içi iletişimde bir birey olarak çocuk ile iletişimin gereklerine vurgu yapmak amaçlanmıştır
