According to the definition of the World Health Organization (WHO), health is considered not only as a protection fromdiseases but also as a physical, spiritual and social well-being. From past to present new diseases have emerged ordisappeared and the definition of health has become more solid. According to the age we are in, there are social andsocial well-being states among the items added to health. With the current pandemic, there are very difficult periodsin the world especially in terms of physics and sociability. There is a linear relationship between the physical activityinsufficiency and obesity, which are the common diseases of our age. Physical activity insufficiency and obesitydue to unbalanced nutrition, which are among the leading causes of deaths worldwide, have become an even moreserious risk factor in the last period we live. During the quarantine stay at home, it is very important to protect ourhealth by not only staying away from microbes but by doing physical activity and eating a balanced diet. The aim ofthis study is to recommend healthy nutrition and physical activity to improve the quality of life during the Covid-19 pandemic.
