Yaprak Dut Çeşitlerinin Odun Çeliği ile Üretilmesi

Öz

Dut çeşitlerinin sert çeliklerle (alttan ısıtma) çoğaltılmasına yönelik altı deneme, Yalova Bahçe Kültürleri Araştırma Enstitüsü'nde farklı zamanlarda iki çeşitle yapılmıştır. Deneme, yerel çeşit (SARI AŞI) ve Japon çeşidi (Ichinose) ile yapılmıştır. 15 Ekim 1974'te kesilen çeliklerin köklenme yüzdesi düşükken, 23 Kasım 1974 ve 15 Mart 1975'te kesilen çeliklerin köklenme yüzdesi tüm uygulamalarda yüksektir (%70'in üzerinde). Çelik başına kök sayısı bakımından en iyi sonuçlar 2,5 cm daldırma derinliğinde (2030 ppm/IBA) elde edilmiştir.

Propagation of Mulberry Cultivars by Hardwood Cuttings

Abstract

The six trials of propagation of mulberry cultivars by hardwood cutting (bottom heat) had been made with two varieties in Yalova Horticultural Research Institute at different times. The trial was made with the local cultivar (SARI AŞI) and the Japanese cultivar (Ichinose). The rooting percent of cuttings that they were low on 15. October 1974. But the rooting percent of cutting that they were cut on 23. November 1974 and 15. March 1975 are high (over 70%) in all treatment. According to number of roots per cutting were best in 2,5 cm dipping depth (2030 ppm/IBA).
