Farklı Yetiştirme Ortamlarının Bazı Çilek Çeşitlerinde Verim ve Kalite Üzerine Etkileri

Öz

Çalışmada, yetiştirme ortamlarının fizyolojik olarak gün uzunluğuna tepkileri farklı olan Rubygem (kısa gün), Kabarla (gün–nötr) ve Sweat Ann (zayıf gün–nötr) çeşitlerinde bazı kalite özellikleri ve verim üzerine etkileri belirlenmiştir. Çalışmada yetiştirme ortamı olarak Hollanda tipi cam sera ve İspanyol tipi yüksek tünel kullanılmıştır. Yetiştirme sezonu boyunca sıcaklık ve nem değerleri kaydedilmiş ve incelenen parametreler üzerine olan etkileri açıklanmıştır. Çalışmada, yüksek tünel altında yetiştirilen bitkilerde cam seraya göre verim ve ortalama meyve ağırlığı bakımından önemli düzeyde artış sağlandığı belirlenmiştir. Ayrıca çeşitler arasında iklim koşullarına en iyi tepkiyi, kısa gün çeşidi ‘Rubygem’e ait bitkiler vermiştir. Bu çeşitte en yüksek verim elde edilmesinin yansıra birçok kalite parametresi de daha yüksek düzeyde tespit edilmiştir.

Effect of The Different Growing Condition on Yield and Fruit Quality in Some Strawberry Cultivars

Öz

In this study, it was determined to the effects of cultivars (Rubygem (short day), Kabarla (day–neutral) and Sweat Ann (weak day–neutral) which has different influenced from the day length as a physiological on quality characteristic and yield at different growing condition. In the study, Dutch type greenhouse and Spanish type high tunnel were used as growing condition. The value of temperature and humidity were recorded and explained the effects on examined parameters during the growing period. At the study, the plant which grew under the high tunnels were provide to significantly increase than the greenhouse in terms of yield and average fruit weight. Also, best reaction to the climate condition were found to the ‘Rubygem’ that has short day type among the cultivars. Beside of the obtaining highest yield, many quality parameters were determined higher level at this cultivar.
