Güney Marmara Bölgesi Örtüaltı Yetiştiriciliğinde Domates Güvesi, [Tuta absoluta (Meyrick) (Lepidoptera:Gelechiidae)]’nin Yayılışı, Bulaşma Oranı ve Popülasyon Takibi

Öz

Türkiye’de ilk kez 2009 yılında Ege Bölgesi’nde görülen Domates güvesi, Tuta absoluta (Meyrick, 1917) (Lep.:Gelechiidae) kısa sürede domates yetiştiriciliği yapılan diğer bölgelere yayılarak ana zararlı konumuna geçmiştir. Bu çalışma, mücadelesi yapılmadığında %80-100 zarara neden olan bu zararlının Güney Marmara Bölgesi’nde (Bilecik, Bursa, Düzce) örtü altında yetiştirilen domateslerde varlığını, yayılışını, bulaşma oranını belirlemek ve popülasyon takibini yapmak amacıyla 2011 ve 2012 yıllarında yapılmıştır. Sistematik örnekleme yöntemine göre örtüaltı domates yetiştirilen alanların en az %10’u incelenmiştir. Çalışma sonucunda sürvey yapılan alanların tümünün zararlı ile bulaşık olduğu ve bulaşma oranının %l-2 arasında değiştiği belirlenmiştir. Popülasyon takibinde erginler tuzaklarda ilk kez Nisan başlarında ve Mayıs sonlarında görülmüştür. En yüksek popülasyona Ağustos ve Eylül aylarında rastlanılmıştır. Tuzaklarda erginler Kasım ayı başlarına kadar görülmüştür. Popülasyon takibi yapılan örtüaltında yetiştirilen domateslerdeki tuzaklarda yoğun yakalanma olmasına karşın bitki akşamlarında (çiçek, yaprak, sürgün, meyve, gövde) zararlının diğer biyolojik dönemlerine daha az sayıda rastlanılmıştır.

Adult Population Monitoring, Spreading and Infestation Rates of Tomato Leaf Miner [Tuta absoluta (Meyrick) (Lepidoptera: Gelechiidae)] Tomatoes Under the Covered Area in The South Marmara Region

Tomato leaf miner, Tuta absoluta (Meyrick, 1917) (Lepidoptera: Gelechiidae) seen in the Aegean region of Turkey in 2009 for the first time has been the main pest by spreading to other regions grown tomato in a short time. This study was conducted in order to determine presence, spreading and infestation rates of this pest that caused 80-100% damage on the tomatoes grown under the covered area in the South Marmara Region (Bilecik, Bursa, Düzce) during 2011 and 2012 years. The minimum 10% of tomato areas grown under the covered area was examined according to systematic sampling method. As result of study, it was determined that all of the studied areas were infested with this pest and infestation rates were varied as 1-2%. During the population monitoring, adults were observed on the traps at the beginning of April and at the end of May for first time. Adults on the traps were appeared up to at the beginning of November. The highest population densities were encountered in the months of August and September. On the parts of tomato plants (flowers, leaves, shoots, fruits, stems) were found a few other biologically stages of pest as the traps placed on tomatoes grown under cover areas carried out population monitoring were highly adult capturing.
