Karadeniz Bölgesinde Yetişen Kokulu Üzüm (Vitis labrusca L.) Genotipleri Ampelografik Özelliklerinin Karşılaştırılması

Öz

Bu çalışmada Vitis labrusca L. türüne ait 109 adet genotipin ampelografik özellikleri bakımından benzerlik ve farklılıkları incelenmiştir. İncelenen genotipler Batı ve Orta Karadeniz Bölgesinde yer alan Sinop-Artvin arasındaki alandan elde edilmiştir. Çalışmada toplam 109 adet genotipte; OIV, UPOV ve IBPGR tarafından ortaklaşa kabul edilen kriterlerden amaca uygun olarak seçilen özellikler kullanılmıştır. Elde edilen morfolojik özellikler değerlendirilmesiyle soy ağacı (Dendrogram) oluşturularak genotipler arasındaki farklılık ya da benzerlikler ortaya konulmuştur. Soy ağacı dağılımı sonunda incelenen genotipler iki ana grupta toplanmıştır. Ordu ve Giresun illerinden alınan genotipler ağırlıklı olarak birinci grupta yer alırken, diğer genotipler ikinci ana grupta toplanmıştır. Bununla beraber, birinci grupta Giresun ilinden alınan üç genotip, Ordu iline ait genotiplerle aynı grupta yer almıştır. İkinci ana grupta yer alan Samsun, Sinop ve Trabzon’dan alınan genotipler kendi aralarında kümelenmiştir. Rize ve Artvin’den alınan genotipler ile Giresun ve Ordu’dan alınanlar genotipler kendi aralarında benzer bulunmuştur.

Comparison of Ampelographic Characteristics of Foxy Grape Genotypes (Vitis labrusca L.) Growing in The Black Sea Region

In this study, the similarities and differences were examined in the ampelographic characteristics of 109 genotypes of Vitis labrusca L. Grape. The genotypes examined were obtained from the area between Sinop and Artvin in the Western and Central Black Sea Region. In the study, a total of 109 genotypes; Features selected in accordance with the criteria have been used agreed jointly by OIV, UPOV and IBPGR. By evaluating the obtained morphological characteristics, a genealogical tree (Dendrogram) was created and the differences or similarities were revealed between genotypes. At the end of the distribution of the genealogical tree, the genotypes examined were collected in two main groups. While the genotypes obtained from Ordu and Giresun were predominantly in the first group, the other genotypes were collected in the second main groups. However, in the first group, three genotypes from Giresun province were found in the same group as Ordu genotypes. The genotypes from Samsun, Sinop and Trabzon which are in the second main group are clustered among themselves. The genotypes from Rize and Artvin and those from Giresun and Ordu were found to be similar among themselves.
