Cevizlerde Sürgün ve Durgun Aşı Uygulamaları Üzerine Bir Araştırma

Bu çalışma 1986-1987 yıllarında Uludağ Üniversitesi, Ziraat Fakültesi, Bahçe Bitkileri Bölümünde yapılmıştır. J.regia L. çöğürleri üzerine "kabuk aşı" (15 Mart 1986), "yama göz aşısı" (27 Haziran 1986, 20 Ağustos 1986), "I" ve "yongalı göz aşı" metotları (25 Temmuz 1986, 19 Ağustos 1986 ve 6 Eylül 1986) uygulanarak, aşı tutma ve sürme oranları saptanmıştır. "Kabuk aşısı" ve "yama göz aşısı" için Yalova-1, Yalova-3, Yalova-4, Bilecik ve 1974/7 çeşitleri; "I" ve "yongalı göz aşıları" için de Yalova-3 çeşidi kullanılmıştır. Tüm bu uygulamalardan "kabuk aşı" (15 Mart 1986) en başarılı metot olarak bulunmuş ve bunu "yama göz aşısı" (27 Haziran 1986, 20 Ağustos 1986) takip etmiştir. Gerek "I" ve gerekse "yongalı göz aşı" metotlarından istenilen sonuç elde edilememiştir.

A Research on Application of Fail and Growing Season Grafting and Budding on Walnut

This study was carried out at the Uludağ University, Faculty of Agriculture, Department of Horticulture in 1986-1987. The percentages of bud burst were observed through having applied "slit bark grafting" (March 15th, 1986); "patch budding" (June 27th, 1986 and August 20th, 1986); "I" and "chip buddings" (July 25th, 1986, August 19th, 1986 and September 6th, 1986). CVS. Yalova-1, Yalova-3, Yalova-4, Bilecik, 1974/7 for "slit bark grafting" and "patch budding"; cv. Yalova-3 for "I" and "Chip buddings" were used. According the cultivars, the percentages of bud take and burst in "slit bark grafting" were found as 80%, 90%, 40%, 70%, 40% and 80%, 70%, 20%, 50%, 30% respectively. On the other hand, the percentages of bud burst in summer "patch budding" were found as 50%, 70%, 30%, 50% and 50%, 60%, 30%, 50%, 50% while the percentages of bud take in fall "patch bud ding" were observed as 80%, 30%, 50%, 60%, 20% and the highest percentage of bud burst was 30% in cv. Yalova-3. In "I budding" the percentages of bud take were observed as 20%, 30%, 40%. Although it wasn’t observed in the last time, a bud burst of 10% was observed at the other times. As for in the "chip budding", no result was observed in the first time while a bud take of 20% was observed in the last two times. In this method a bud burst 10% occurred only in August.
