Ficus elastica var. Decora Salon Bitkisi Çeliklerinin Köklenmesinde Hormonların Tesiri

Öz

Ficus elastica var. decora bitkisinde köklendirme denemesi, serada her bir kimyasal için sırasıyla yavaş daldırma ve hızlı daldırma yöntemleriyle 200 ppm ve 2500 ppm IAA ve 500 ppm ve 4500 ppm IBA kullanılarak yapılmıştır. Hızlı yöntemde, çelikler her iki çözeltide ayrı ayrı beş saniye süreyle muamele edilmiştir. Yavaş yöntemde çelikler 24 saat muamele edilmiştir. Yavaş yöntemle muamele edilen çeliklerin hepsi çürümüştür. Hızlı daldırma yönteminde, IBA 4500 ppm çözeltisi, köklenme yüzdesi ve kalitesi açısından IAA 2500 ppm'den daha iyi sonuç vermiştir. Hızlı daldırma yönteminde, 33 günlük süre, IBA 4500 ppm ile 28 günlük süreden daha iyi sonuç vermiş ancak IAA 2500 ppm ile muamele edilen çeliklerde bir fark elde edilmemiştir.

The Effect of Hormones on Rooting Ficus elastica var. Decora Indoor Plant Cuttings

A rooting trial on Ficus elastica var. decora was made in the greenhouse using IAA with 200 ppm and 2500 ppm and IBA with 500 ppm and 4500 ppm by the slow dipping and quick dipping methods, for each chemical, respectively. As to the quick method, cuttings were treated for five seconds in the both solutions separately. In the slow method cuttings were treated for 24 hours. Cuttings treated in the slow method were all decayed. In the quick dipping method IBA 4500 ppm solution gave better result than IAA 2500 ppm, as to rooting percentage and quality. In the quick dipping method 33-day duration gave better result than the 28 days with IBA 4500 ppm but was no difference obtained on the cuttings treated with IAA 2500 ppm.
