ERİŞKİN HASTADA NADİR GÖRÜLEN YABANCI CİSİM ASPİRASYONU

Öz

Trakeobronşiyal yabancı cisim aspirasyonları sıklıkla çocukluk yaş grubunda görülmesine karşın erişkin dönemde nadiren rastlanılmaktadır. Yabancı cisim aspirasyonlarında hiçbir klinik bulgu olmayabileceği gibi nafes darlığı, öksürük, hemoptizi ve solunum arresti gibi daha ciddi bulgularla görülebilmektedir. Otuz dört yaşındaki erkek hasta, diş protezini aspire etme şikâyeti ile acil servisimize başvurdu. Yapılan tetkikler sonucu sol bronşiyal sistemde yabancı cisim tespit edildi. Genel anestezi altında rijit bronkoskopi ile yabancı cisim çıkartıldı. Hasta şifa ile taburcu edildi.

RARE FOREIGN BODY ASPIRATION SEEN IN ADULT PATIENT

Öz

Although tracheobronchial foreign body aspiration is often seen in childhood, it is rarely encountered in adulthood. As clinical evidence of foreign body aspiration can not be seen, more severe symptoms can be seen such as shortness of breath, cough, hemoptysis, and respiratory arrest. Thirty-four-year-old male patient was admitted to our emergency department with complaint of aspiration of the dental prostheses. Foreign body was detected in the left bronchial system as the results of examinations. Foreign body was removed by rigid bronchoscopy under general anesthesia. The patient was discharged with healing.
