EVDE BAKIM ÇALIŞANLARINDA MESLEKİ RİSKLER VE ÖNLEME STRATEJİLERİ

Öz

Evde bakım hizmetleri nüfusun
yaşlanması, teknolojik gelişmeler, sağlık bakım maliyetlerinin azaltılması, enfeksiyon
kontrolü ve evde bakımın yaygın şekilde talep edilmesine bağlı olarak
büyümesini sürdürmektedir. Evde bakım çalışanları, hastaneler ve diğer yataklı
tedavi kurumlarındaki sağlık çalışanların maruz kaldıkları mesleki risklerle
birlikte ev ortamına özgü birçok riske de maruz kalmaktadır. Bu tehlikeler kas
iskelet sistemi sorunları, kesici delici alet yaralanmaları, şiddet,
psikososyal riskler, hijyenik olmayan evler, aşırı sıcaklık, güvenli içme
suyunun olmadığı evler ve ateşli silahlar olarak ifade edilmektedir. Bu
derlemenin amacı evde bakım çalışanlarının maruz kaldığı mesleki risklerin ve
önleme stratejilerinin açıklanmasıdır.
