Parents of children with special needs begin to experience a lifelong recurring adaptation process, along with the identification phase. Many problems experienced by parents during this process lead to negative health consequences, decreased quality of life and life satisfaction. Within the rehabilitation services, it is necessary to evaluate the child as a whole with his family and to evaluate it from a holistic point of view, to create the necessary evaluations and practices for parents. It can be suggested to use the models and applications developed for the creation and evaluation of healthy living behaviors for the parents of children with special needs in the disadvantaged groups.
