La Politique Étrangère du Sénégal de Léopold Senghor à Macky Sall

Öz

Le Sénégal peut exemplifier les politiques étrangères des
Etats africains qui peuvent suivre une politique d'influence sous-régionale.
Malgré ses capacités matérielles limitées,
le Sénégal
était activement engagé dans des conflits en Afrique subsaharienne et au
Moyen-Orient, et il a poursuivi avec succès une politique de pouvoir, en
particulier dans sa sous-région d'Afrique de l'Ouest.
L’orientation
de cette politique a entraîné des changements partiels en fonction des visions du
monde des présidents sénégalais et en fonction des circonstances
politico-économiques internationales dans leurs mandats. Le but de cet article
est d'analyser les changements en question d'un point de vue historique. Nous
rechercherons quels gouvernements ont suivi une politique étrangère
conservatrice,
quel gouvernement a suivi une
politique affirmée, et quel gouvernement a suivi une politique relativement
équilibrée.
