Besinin Galleria mellonella (L.) (Lepidoptera: Pyralidae) Puplarının Toplam Lipid ve Toplam Yağ Asidi Yüzdelerine Etkisi

Öz

Galleria mellonella (L.) kepek, mısır unu, gliserinli mısır unu, petek ve yarı sentetik besin olmak üzere beş ayrı besin kullanılarak kültüre edilmeye çalışılmıştır. Kepek ve mısır ununda G. mellonella gelişmemiştir. Petek, yarı sentetik besin ve gliserinli mısır unu ile beslenen puplarda toplam lipit ve yağ asidi yüzdeleri belirlenmiştir. Toplam lipit ve yağ asidi yüzdesi gliserinli mısır unu ile beslenen grupta, diğer gruptakilere göre daha yüksek bulunmuştur

Öz

Galleria mellonella L. was tried to rear on five different diet which were whole, cornmeal, cormeal with glycerine, beewax and semi-synthetic diet. G. mellonella didn’t grow in whole and cornmeal. Total lipid and fatty acid percentages of pupae which were reared on beewax, semi synthetic diet and cornmeal with glycerine were determined. Total lipid and fatty acid percentages of the group which was reared on cornmeal with glycerine were found higher than the other groups
