The main purpose of this research is to examine the relationship between ethical leadership behaviors of physical education and sports teachers and their perceptions of organizational justice. The study was conducted with a total of 344 teachers, 90 female and 254 male, working in Sakarya province in the 2019-2020 academic year. "Ethical Leadership Scale" was used to measure teachers' ethical leadership perceptions, and "Organizational Justice Scale" was used to determine their perceptions of organizational justice. First, normality test was applied in the analysis of the data; then, t-test, ANOVA and Pearson Correlation Analysis methods were used to test the sub-problems. The research findings revealed that teachers' ethical leadership and organizational justice perceptions showed statistically significant differences according to the variables of gender, age, professional seniority, tenure at school and school administration experience. In addition, a positive significant relationship was found between ethical leadership and organizational justice perceptions. The findings largely coincide with the existing literature and show that ethical leadership behaviors play a decisive role in the development of physical education and sports teachers' perceptions of organizational justice. In this direction, it was concluded that encouraging ethical leadership in educational institutions could contribute to the strengthening of teachers' perceptions of organizational justice.
