Many empirical anlysis indicate that improvements in the health and education affect the economic growth positively. Improvement in the health and education are analysed seperately in order to determine which components are effective on economic growth. In this study, we analysed relationship between economic growth and life expectancy. Apart from life expectancy, there are several variables affect the economic growth. Physical invesments (saving rate) and education (schooling rates) are sample variables. The annual data in between 1980-2005 is tested via Two Step Engle Granger, Johansen Cointegration and Stock-Watson methods. According to the findings, if education and health being analysed seperately, there is causal relation from the health and education to economic growth. But if the variables have been analysed together, there is causal relation from health to growth .The health is dominant factor.
