Scientific knowledge is increasingly prevalent and health care practices are changing rapidly in today. The use of simulation applications in the education of health professions such as nursing, medicine, dentistry, pharmacy and physiotherapy is becoming increasingly widespread. Students can acquire knowledge, attitudes and behaviors towards vocational qualifications in the laboratories with realistic scenarios before entering to clinics with simulation applications. In order to spread the use of simulation applications, which is an innovative method in nursing education, institutions and educators need to believe and support the necessity of simulation training. In addition, provision of infrastructure, technical support, and human power must be improved by horizontal-vertical integration to cover all classes of the program. In terms of demonstrating the effectiveness of the method, comparative studies in which other training methods are used and cost studies are also required.
