Judaisation and its danger on the Awqaf of Bayt al-Maqdis

Öz

The city of Bayt al-Maqdis under the Zionist
occupation is subjected daily to many violations that affect the legal and humanitarian
aspects of the city. The policies of the occupier have affected everything in
the holy city and their direct goal to Judaize everything even the graves. This
catastrophically threatens to erase the identity of the city. If nothing is
done, the holy city and its historical heritage and civilisation will seek to
exist. This paper comes to uncover the dangers facing the Muslim Awqaf in the
city. Judaisation has been applied systematically since the occupation of the
holy city which had been planned many decades earlier. The researcher analytically
traces the subject matter and collected the data from numerous sources and reached
a set of results summarised in the following points: Judaisation is the main
objective of all the plans and policies practiced by the occupation in the city,
and seeks to erase all traces of non-Jews in the holy city and make them look
purely Jewish.  The policy of Judaisation
had resulted in three types of Judaisation: Urban, demographic and cultural.  The city is characterised as a city of Awqaf,
and it varies from other Awqaf in the Muslim world with several features. The
Awqaf of Bayt al-Maqdis has been subjected to repeated attacks, which caused
the destruction of many of them, and the seizure of others. The purpose of the
Judaisation scheme against the Awqaf of the city had been aimed to erase the
most important Islamic identify that has characterised the city for centuries
and to replace it with a Jewish one to lay claim to the holy city. Moreover, the
Al-Aqsa Mosque is considered one of the most important Islamic Waqf in the city
of Bayt al-Maqdis. Therefore, it is subjected to relentless attempts of
Judaisation, including attempts to destroy it from burning it and carrying out
extensive excavations beneath it, threatening to undermine its foundations.

التهويد ومخاطره على أوقاف مدينة بيت المقدس

تتعرض
مدينة بيت المقدس تحت سلطة الاحتلال الصهيوني يوميا للعديد من الانتهاكات التي تمس
الجوانب القانونية والإنسانية، ولم تستثن سياسة الاحتلال من تلك الانتهاكات لا
البشر ولا الحجر ولا الشجر، فكل شيء في المدينة المقدسة هدف مباشر للتهويد حتى
المقابر، وفي ظل هذه السياسة الإجرامية تعاني الأوقاف الإسلامية بمدينة بيت المقدس
من وضع كارثي يهدد بتلاشيها، إن لم تتحرك جهود المخلصين الغيورين على المدينة
المقدسة وتراثها التاريخي ووجهها الحضاري، في هذا السياق يأتي هذا البحث للكشف عن
المخاطر التي تواجهها الأوقاف الإسلامية في مدينة بيت المقدس بسبب سياسة التهويد
المبرمجة والمطبقة على المدينة المقدسة منذ احتلالها بل والمخطط لها من قَبل
الاحتلال الفعلي بعقود. وقد استخدمت الباحثة المنهج التحليلي مستعينة بعملية
الاستقراء، لتتبع جزئيات الموضوع وجمع المادة العلمية من مصادرها المختلفة، لتتوصل
إلى مجموعة من النتائج تلخصها في النقاط الآتية: يعد التهويد الهدف الرئيسي لكل
الخطط والسياسات التي يمارسها الاحتلال في مدينة بيت المقدس، وهو يسعى إلى محو كل
أثر لغير اليهود في المدينة المقدسة وجعلها تبدو في صورة يهودية خالصة، وتشمل
سياسة التهويد العديد من الإجراءات التي نتج عنها ثلاثة أنواع من التهويد:
الجغرافي العمراني والديمغرافي والثقافي. كما وتتميز مدينة بيت المقدس بكونها
مدينة وقفية بامتياز، تتنوع فيها الأوقاف وتتميز عن غيرها من الأوقاف الإسلامية في
ربوع العالم الإسلامي بعدة ميزات. وقد تعرضت أوقاف مدينة بيت المقدس ولا زالت
تتعرض إلى اعتداءات متكررة تسببت في تهديم العديد منها، ووضع اليد على البعض الآخر
منها، والغرض من حملة التهويد التي تتعرض لها أوقاف مدينة بيت المقدس هو محو أهم
أثر إسلامي يميز المدينة منذ قرون طويلة، ومن ثم إعطائها الوجه اليهودي الذي يدلل
على مزاعم اليهود في أحقيتهم وحدهم بالمدينة المقدسة. كما ويعتبر المسجد الأقصى المبارك من أهم الأوقاف الإسلامية على الإطلاق في
مدينة بيت المقدس،  ولذلك فهو يتعرض
لمحاولات تهويد لا هوادة فيها شملت إحراقه والقيام بحفريات واسعة تحته مما يهدد
بتقويض أساساته. لذا إن مخاطر التهويد على أوقاف بيت المقدس لابد أن تواجه بجهود
كبيرة ومنسقة بين مختلف الفاعلين (فلسطينيون، عرب، مسلمون، منظمات المجتمع الدولي
خاصة المنظمات الثقافية والعلمية) لإنقاذ ما تبقى من تلك الأوقاف وكف يد الاحتلال
الصهيوني عنها.
