Örgütlerde Dedikodu: Bir Literatür Taraması

Öz

En az iki kişi ile ifa edilen, diğer kişi/kişiler hakkında yapılan olumlu/olumsuz söylenti anlamına gelen dedikodunun örgüt ve örgüt yöneticileri için olumlu veya olumsuz yönlerinin olduğu ifade edilebilir. Örgütlerin modern veya post-modern bir yaklaşımla dedikoduyu ele almaları ve dedikoduyu değerlendirme usulleri birbirinden farklılık göstermektedir. Öte yandan örgütlerde dedikodu iyi yönetilmesi gereken ve yönetilemediği durumlarda olumsuz çıktılara yol açan önemli bir olgu olarak da karşımıza çıkmaktadır. Çalışma, dedikoduyu kavramsal açıdan ele alarak literatür taraması ile bir araştırma gündemi sunmaya odaklanmıştır. Bu kapsamda literatürün mevcut hali ve dikkate değer boşlukları ortaya çıkartılmıştır.
