The role of agile culture and skills in the success of agile organisations across generations

Öz

The success of agile operations depends to a large extent on the development of an agile culture. The success of agile working depends on the success of the agile enterprise. The continuous reflection and development required by an agile approach and culture is key in today's rapidly changing industrial environment. What are the theoretical and practical skills that help employees to engage and collaborate effectively. The ability to empathise, self-reflect and provide reflective feedback is also key to effective self-development and the success of feedback and development ceremonies. What do people working in agile companies think about the importance of these skills? In this study, we investigated how people in companies that have adopted and are using agile working perceive the importance of these skills.
