Investigation on the sensitivities of some fungicides against gray mold (<em>Botrytis cinerea</em> Pers.) isolates isolated from vineyard.

Abstract

Botrytis cinerea isolates were collected from the vineyards in Manisa and Bursa in 1994-1996. Susceptibility of these 17 isolates against procymidone (Sumısclex 50), iprodione (Rovral 50 WP), imazalil (Magnate 50 EC), carbendazim (Derosal 50 WP), myclobutanil  (Systhane 12 E)  was evaluated in terms of ED₅₀ ( a dosage by which mycial growth was inhibited at 50 level ). According to the ED50 data most of the isolates were found to be sensitive to these fungicides (ED₅₀ <1.0 mg/ml ). The reaksion of 14 isolates to promydone, 15 isolates toiprodionisolates to imazalil and myclobutanil, 2 isolates to carbendazim was sensitive (ED₅₀<1.0 mg/ml), 1 isolates to procymidone, 2 isolates to iprodion was slighly (ED₅₀ 1.0-10.0mg/ml), 2 isolates of procymidone, 1 isolates of carbendazim was intermediately (ED₅₀ 10.0-100.0 mg/ml) and 14 isolates to carbendazim was highly resistant (ED₅₀<100.0 mg/ml).

Bağlardan izole edilen kurşuni küf (<em>Botrytis cinerea</em> Pers.) izolatlarının bazı fungisitlere duyarlılıkları üzerinde araştırmalar.

1994 - 1996 yıllarında Manisa ve Bursa illerindeki bağlardan toplanan örneklerden toplam 17 tane Botrytis cinerea Pers. izolatı elde edilmiştir.Bu izolatların procymidone (Sumısclex 50), iprodione (Rovral 50 WP), imazalil (Magnate 50 EC), carbendazim (Derosal 50 WP), myclobutanil  (Systhane 12 E)'e duyarlılık düzeyleri ED₅₀ (miselyal gelişimi %50 engelleyici doz) değerleri saptanmıştır. ED50 değerlerine göre 17 izolatın büyük çoğunluğu bu fungisitlere duyarlı bulunmuştur. Procymidon'a 14 izolat, iprodion'a 15 izolat, imazalil ve myclo-butanil'e 17 izolat ve carbendazim'e 2 izolat duyarlı (ED₅₀ <1.0 mg/ml ), 1 izolat procymidon'a, 2 izolat iprodion'a düşük seviyede (ED₅₀ 1.0-10.0mg/ml), 2 izolat procymidon'a, 1 izolat carbendazim'e orta seviyede (ED₅₀ 10.0-100.0 mg/ml), 14 izolat carbendazim'e yüksek seviyede dayanıklı  (ED₅₀ <100.0 mg/ml ) olarak bulunmuştur.
