Özel Hastanelerde Bilgi Yönetimi, Yetenek Yönetimi ve Örgütsel Öğrenmenin Örgütsel Performansa Etkisi

Öz

Sağlık sektöründe performans yönetimi kavramı, hastanenin operasyonel ve finansal süreçlerinin tamamını kapsamaktadır. Dijitalleşen dünyada bilginin elde edilmesi ve yönetilmesi, tüm birimlerdeki işe alım süreçleri ve personel konumlandırmanın yetenek yönetimine göre planlanması ve oluşturulan şirket kültürlerinin örgütsel öğrenme tabanlı planlanması, kurumların rekabetini ve performansını önemli ölçüde etkilemektedir. Buradan hareketle çalışmanın amacı, İstanbul’da hizmet veren özel hastane çalışanlarına yönelik bilgi yönetimi, yetenek yönetimi ve örgütsel öğrenmenin örgütsel performansa etkisini yapısal eşitlik modeli yardımıyla ortaya koymaktır. Çalışmada, farklı görevlerdeki 906 sağlık personeli örneklemi oluşturmaktadır. Analiz sonucunda, bilgi yönetimi, yetenek yönetimi ve örgütsel öğrenme, örgütsel performans boyutu üzerinde anlamlı ilişkili çıkmıştır (p<0.05). Analiz sonucunda, bilgi yönetimi boyutu örgütsel performans üzerinde pozitif yönde anlamlı ilişkili (β=0.258, p<0.01), örgütsel öğrenme örgütsel performans üzerinde pozitif yönde anlamlı ilişkili (β=0.221, p<0.01) ve yetenek yönetimi örgütsel performans üzerinde pozitif yönde anlamlı ilişkili (β =0.178, p<0.01) olarak belirlenmiştir. Örgütsel performansı arttırıcı yönde en etkili değişken bilgi paylaşımı, ikinci olarak örgütsel öğrenme ve üçüncü olarak yetenek yönetimi olarak belirlenmiştir.

The Effect of Knowledge Management, Talent Management and Organizational Learning on Organizational Performance in Private Hospitals

Öz

The concept of performance management in the health sector covers the entire operational and financial processes of the hospital. In the digitalized world, the acquisition and management of information, the recruitment processes in all units and the planning of personnel positioning according to talent management and the organizational learning-based planning of the created company cultures significantly affect the competition and performance of institutions. From this point of view, the aim of the study is to reveal the effects of knowledge management, talent management and organizational learning on organizational performance for private hospital employees serving in Istanbul with the help of structural equation model. In the study, 906 health personnel in different positions constitute the sample. As a result of the analysis, knowledge management dimension is positively related to organizational performance (β=0.341, p<0.01), organizational learning is positively related to organizational performance (β=0.230, p<0.01), and talent management is positively significant to organizational performance. correlated (β =0.192, p<0.01). The most effective variable in increasing organizational performance was determined as knowledge sharing, secondly organizational learning and thirdly talent management.
