Öz

Çocuklarda ve ergenlerde meme kitleleri, yetişkinlerden farklı bir klinik spektrum sergiler. Bu yaş grubunda meme kitlelerinin büyük çoğunluğu benign olup, malign lezyonlar oldukça nadirdir. Çocuklarda meme dokusunun gelişimsel özellikleri, hormonal değişiklikler ve pediatrik meme patolojilerinin doğası, tanı ve tedavi yaklaşımlarını yetişkinlerden ayırır.
