Z Kuşağı Hemşirelik Öğrencilerinin Kanıta Dayalı Hemşireliğe Yönelik Tutumlarını ve Yenilikçilik Düzeylerini Etkileyen Faktörler

Öz
Amaç: Bu çalışma, Z Kuşağı hemşirelik öğrencilerinin kanıta dayalı hemşireliğe ve inovasyon seviyelerine yönelik tutumlarını etkileyen faktörleri incelemiştir.
Gereç ve Yöntem: Bu çalışma, bir devlet üniversitesine kayıtlı 859 öğrenciden 570'i ile yürütülmüştür. Veriler, Öğrenciler için Kanıta Dayalı Hemşireliğin Önemi ve Kullanımına Yönelik Tutum Ölçeği ve Bireysel Yenilikçilik Ölçeği kullanılarak toplanmıştır.
Bulgular: Öğrenciler için Kanıta Dayalı Hemşireliğin Önemi ve Kullanımına Yönelik Tutum Ölçeği'nin ortalama toplam puanı 80.33 ± 9.45'ti. Öğrenciler için Kanıta Dayalı Hemşireliğin Önemi ve Kullanımına Yönelik Tutum Ölçeği ve Bireysel Yenilikçilik Ölçeği toplam ortalama puanı kadın öğrencilerde, hemşirelik makaleleri okuyanlarda, bilimsel toplantılara katılan öğrencilerde ve kanıta dayalı hemşireliği takip edenlerde daha yüksekti. Öğrenciler için Kanıta Dayalı Hemşireliğin Önemi ve Kullanımına Yönelik Tutum Ölçeği'nin toplam ortalama puanı 22 yaş ve üzeri öğrencilerde ve kanıta dayalı hemşirelik dersi alan öğrencilerde daha yüksekti.
Sonuç: Farklı demografik, eğitimsel ve davranışsal özelliklere sahip öğrenci grupları kanıta dayalı hemşirelik ve inovasyon konusunda düşük tutumlar sergiledi. Öğrencilerin kanıta dayalı hemşirelik ve yenilikçiliğe yönelik tutumlarını belirlemek, hemşirelik eğitim programları içinde bu konulara ilişkin bakış açılarını iyileştirmeye yardımcı olmak için önemlidir.

The Factors That Affect Generation Z Nursing Students' Attitudes Toward Evidence-Based Nursing and Innovation Levels

Öz
Aim: This study examined the factors that affect Generation Z nursing students' attitudes toward evidence-based nursing and innovation levels.
Material ve Method: This cross-sectional study was conducted with 570 out of 859 students enrolled in a state university. Data were collected using the Attitude Scale toward the Importance and Use of Evidence-Based Nursing for Students and the Individual Innovativeness Scale.
Results: The mean total score of the Attitude Scale toward the Importance and Use of Evidence-Based Nursing for Students was 80.33±9.45. The mean total score of " Importance and Use of Evidence-Based Nursing for Students "and “Individual Innovativeness Scale" was higher in female students, those who read nursing articles, students who attended scientific meetings, and those who followed evidence-based nursing. The mean total score of the Attitude Scale toward the Importance and Use of Evidence-Based Nursing for Students was higher among students aged 22 and older and students who took an evidence-based nursing course.
Conclusion: Certain groups of students exhibited low attitudes regarding evidence-based nursing and innovation. It is important to determine students' attitudes toward evidence-based nursing and innovation to help improve students' perspectives on these issues within nursing education programs.
