ÖZET
Ürojinekolojik operasyonlar sonrasında miksiyon güçlüğü sık karşılaşılsa da uygun tedavi yaklaşımı ile aşılabilen bir durumdur. Biz bu sunuda vaginal histerektomi ve Kelly plikas- yonu yaptığımız bir vakada karşılaştığımız miksiyon güçlüğü nedeniyle, operasyon sonra- sı işeme güçlüğü olgularında tedavi yaklaşımlarını tartışmak istedik.

ABSTRACT
Voiding dysfunction is one of the most frequent complaints encountered following urogynecological operations. The problem can be solved easily by proper treatment. In this presentation we want to discuss the treatment options of postoperative voiding dysfunction.
