Öz

Respiratory epithelial adenomatoid hamartoma is a benign sinonasal pathology. It is seen quite rarely and often is localized in the posterior nasal cavity. Clinically, nasal polyps, antrochoanal polyps and inverted papillomas are of sinonasal diseases. In the differential diagnosis of these diseases, respiratory epithelial adenomatoid hamartoma evaluation is clinically important. Because of respiratory epithelial adenomatoid hamartoma lesions in patients, conservative local excision is sufficient. In this article we presented a respiratory epithelial adenomatoid hamartoma case localized in the posterior nasal cavity that is resected under endoscopy

NAZAL KAVİTE KAYNAKLI RESPİRATUAR EPİTELYAL ADENOMATOİD HAMARTOM: BİR OLGU SUNUMU

Öz

Respiratuar epitelyal adenomatoid hamartom benign bir sinonazal patolojidir. Oldukça nadir gö­rülür ve çoğunlukla nazal kavitenin posteriorunda yerleşim gösterir. Klinik olarak nazal polip, antrokoanal polip ve inverted papillom gibi bazı sinonazal hastalıklarla karıştırabilir. Bu hastalıkların ayırıcı tanısında respiratuar epitelyal adenomatoid hamartomun akılda tutulması klinik açıdan önemlidir. Çünkü respiratuar epitelyal adenomatoid hamartomlu olgularda lezyonun konservatif bir şekilde lokal eksizyonu yeterlidir. Bu yazıda nazal kavitenin posteriorunda yerleşim gösteren ve endoskop eşliğinde eksize edilen bir respiratuar epitelyal adenomatoid hamartom olgusu sunul­muştur.
