COVID-19 PANDEMİSİ EVDE KAL UYGULAMASI: TOPLUMUN TUTUM VE DAVRANIŞLARI The Stay At Home Isolation For Covid-19 Pandemic: Attitude and Behavior of The Society

ÖZET Amaç: Covid-19 salgınını kontrol altına almak amacıyla “Evde Kal” uygulanması yapılmaktadır. Çalışmanın amacı, evde kal uygulamasına yönelik toplumun tutum ve davranışlarını belirlemektir. Gereç ve Yöntemler: Bu çalışma, elektronik ortamda online olarak 2-6 Nisan 2020 tarihlerinde 18-64 yaş grubu arasında yapılmıştır. Araştırmaya 512 kişi katılmış, 4-6 Nisan tarihlerinde anket dolduran 18-20 yaş grubuna ait veriler çıkarıldıktan sonra 481 anket değerlendirmeye alınmıştır. Veriler Binary Lojistik Regresyon (BLR) analizi ile değerlendirilmiştir. Bulgular: Araştırmaya katılanların % 64,2’si kadın, %63,6’sı evli, %50,5’i lisans mezunu, yaş aralığı 18-64 olup yaş ortalaması 33,7 ± 9,6’dır. Araştırmaya katılanların %32,3’ü evden dışarı çıkmadığını, %67,2’si ihtiyaçları için fırına-markete gittiğini, %5,6’sı yakın akrabaları ile bir araya geldiğini belirtmiştir. Evden çıkmak zorunda kalınması durumunda %64,4’ü sosyal mesafeye uyduğunu ve %47,6’sı maske taktığını belirtmiştir. Dışarıdan eve gelindiğinde %85,0’i ellerini yıkadığını, %76,7’si banyoya giderek kıyafetlerini çıkardığını, %41,2’si banyo yaptığını belirtmiştir. İş yerine gidenlerin yaklaşık yarısı iş arkadaşlarıyla (%47,9) ve iş yerine gelen diğer insanlarla (%48,5) sosyal mesafeyi koruduğunu, %35,2’si maske ve %26,7’si eldiven taktığını belirtmiştir. BLR analizine göre; evden çıkmama olasılığı kadınlarda ve çalışmayanlarda; maske takma olasılığı eğitim seviyesi düşük olanlarda ve çalışanlarda; sosyal mesafeye uyma olasılığı eğitim seviyesi yüksek olanlarda daha yüksek olarak saptanmıştır (p < 0,05). Yine %53’ü Covid-19 bulaşmasından fazlaca kaygılanmaktadır. Sonuç: Yetişkinlerin 1/3’ünün evden dışarı çıkmadığı, dışarı çıkanların yarıdan biraz fazlasının korunma önlemlerine uyduğu saptanmıştır. Araştırma grubunun yarısı Covid-19 izolasyonuna uymaktadır. İzolasyonun önemi topluma daha iyi anlatılmalıdır. Anahtar Kelimeler: Covid-19; Davranış; Sosyal İzolasyon; Tutum ABSTRACT Objective: The aim of this study is to assess the attitudes and behaviors of the society towards the implementation of stay at home. Material and Methods: This study was conducted online among 18-64 age group on April 2-6, 2020. The study was participated 512 people. The questionnaires completed by the 18-20 age group on April 4-6 were excluded. The remaining 481 questionnaires were taken into consideration. Results: Of the participants 32.3% stated that they did not go out of the house, 67.2% of them went to the bakery-market for their needs. In case of having to leave the house, 64.4% stated that they complied with the social distance and 47.6% stated that they wore masks. When they came home from outside, 85.0% of them stated that they washed their hands, 76.7% of them took off their clothes, and 41.2% of them were taking a bath. Half of those who went to work stated that they maintained social distance with their colleagues (47.9%) and other people (48.5%) who came to the workplace, and 35.2% of them wore mask and 26.7% wore gloves. The possibility of wearing a mask in those who have decreased education level and employees; the probability of conforming to social distance was higher in those with higher education level. Conclusion: It is determined that 1/3 of adults do not go out of the house, and more than half of those who go out comply with protection measures. Half of the study group complies with Covid-19 isolation. Keywords: Covid-19; Behavior; Social Isolation; Attitude
