This study was conducted as a repeated measurement experimental design study model to compare the effects of physiotherapy-based warm-up methods combined with the FIFA 11+ warm-up program on some performance parameters in football players. The research was conducted with 19 participants between the ages of 19-22, selected from among the students of Iğdır University Faculty of Sports Sciences, who have been playing football with a license for at least 3 years. The data of the research were taken between 01.10.2025 and 30.11.2025 at the Iğdır University Faculty of Sports Sciences gym. Selected motoric and physiological parameter measurements (30 m speed, knee flexion normal joint motion measurement, quadriceps and hamstring muscle strength measurement, Flamingo balance test, Illinois agility test, RAST test) were performed on participants who underwent the FIFA 11+ warm-up program, and then the same measurements were repeated on different days by performing dry cupping application, graston technique application and vacuum interference application combined with the FIFA 11+ warm-up program, respectively. Physiotherapy-based methods were applied to the participants' quadriceps and hamstring muscles. In the evaluation of the data, the normality assumption was evaluated with the Kolmogorov-Smirnov test, and the variance homogeneity was evaluated with the Levene test; since the p-values were greater than 0.05 in both test results, it was determined that the data showed a normal distribution and the variances were homogeneous. For the significance analysis between different warm-up methods, ANOVA test was used for repeated measures, and Post-Hoc Bonferroni test was used to find the difference between the groups. All analyses were performed using IBM SPSS Statistics 27.0, and the significance level was taken as p<0.05. In the study, it was determined that the participants' average height was (178.26±7.26 cm), average age was (20.05±1.35 years), average weight was (74.47±12.14 kg) and average sports age was (5.26±2.47 years). As a result of the research, it was seen that there were statistically significant differences in speed, muscle strength, balance and agility measurements in dry cupping, graston technique and vacuum interference applications combined with the FIFA 11+ warm-up program compared to the FIFA 11+ warm-up program application alone and that the combined warm-up methods were effective in improving speed, agility, balance and strength abilities. In the comparison of normal joint movement and running-based anaerobic sprint test (RAST) values, no statistically significant difference was found between the FIFA 11+ warm-up program application alone and the other combined applications.
