Atmosferik Poliklorlu Bifeniller (PCB’ler); Örnekleme, Ekstraksiyon ve Analiz

Öz

Poliklorlu bifeniller (PCB’ler), C12HxCly (x=0~9,
y=10-x) formundaki 209 türden her birisi olup, doğal kaynağı olmayan ve sadece
antropojenik faaliyetler ile alıcı ortama salınan toksik, kanserojenik ve
mutajenik bileşiklerdir. PCB’ler canlı doğasına ve yaşam alanlarına son derece
zararlı olmaları açısından birçok araştırmacı tarafından araştırılmaktadır.
Hava kalitesi
çalışmalarında organik kirleticilerden olan PCB’lerin araştırılmasında Örnekleme,
Ekstraksiyon ve Analiz işlemleri önemli yer tutmaktadır. PCB’lerin Analiz
işlemlerinde kullanılan makina-techizatlar ile seçilen örnekleme noktaları WHO,
EPA ve EN gibi Ulusal ve Uluslararası kriterlere uygun olması gerekmektedir.
Ayrıca Örnekleme ve Ekstraksiyonu tamamlanmış organik kirleticilerin uygun akredite
Kromotografik cihazlarla Analizlenmesi de oldukça önemlidir. Bu çalışmada
PCB’lerin Örneklenmesi, Ekstraksiyon deneyleri ve Analiz işlemleri hakkında
detaylı olarak bilgi verilmiştir.
