Kulaktan Kişi ve Kimlik Tespiti İçin Örnek Bir Uygulama

Öz

Bu çalışmada biyometrik özelliği olan insan kulağının, profil yüz resminden kulak yerinin tespiti ve seçili kulak bölgesine göre örüntünün tanınması üzerine canny kenar bulma algoritması temelinde, tanımanın her aşamasını kullanıcıya görsel olarak sunan bir yazılım prototipi sunulmuştur. Kişinin profil görüntüsünden kulak yeri tespit ve tanımlama için antropometrik kanonlardan faydalanılmış, benzerlik araştırılması için ise istatistik bir yöntem olan Temel Bileşenler Analizi (TBA) kullanılmıştır. Önerilen yazılım akademik amaçlı olup, kullanılan algoritmaların başarısı da test edilmiştir.

Öz
