Öz
Solitary mastocytoma is a sub- group of cutaneous mastocytosis which isthe most common form of childhood mastocytosis. Mastocytosis patients constitute the risk group for serious systemic reactions after insect stings.We report a case of systemic reaction due to the insect in a pediatric patient with solitary mastocytosis.

Öz
Soliter mastositom, çocukluk çağı mastositozunun en yaygın görülen formu kütanöz mastositozun bir alt grubudur. Mastositoz hastaları böcek sokması sonrası ciddi sistemik reaksiyon için risk grubunu oluşturur.Bu olgu sunumunda soliter mastositomu olan bir çocuk hastada böcek ile gözlenen sistemik reaksiyon sunulacaktır.
