In this paper, we proved the converse of Riemann’s theorem and then applied it to Cauchy product series of alternating series of real terms. Moreover, we showed that the concept of un- conditionally convergence of infinite series can be replaced by the boundedness of sequence of partial sums of every rearranged series of series.
