DEVEGÜLÜ BİTKİSİNİN FARKLI VEJETASYON DÖNEMLERİNDEKİ MİNERAL, AĞIR METAL VE PROTEİN İÇERİĞİNİN BELİRLENMESİ

Bu
çalışmada halk arasında tıbbi bitki olarak kullanılan devegülü (Alcea kurdica Alef.) bitkisinin farklı
vejetasyon dönemlerindeki
(haziran: çiçeklenme
dönemi;
temmuz:
meyve
dönemi;
ağustos:
tohum
dönemi)
mineral
ve protein içerikleri kantitatif olarak analiz edilmiştir. Bitki materyali haziran,
temmuz ve ağustos aylarında Van yöresinden toplanmış ve makrolement (Na, K, Mg,
Ca, N), mikroelement (Fe, Mn, Cu, Zn), ağır metal (Cd, Cr, Co, Se) ve protein
içeriğinin analizi yapılmıştır. Devegülü bitkisinde farklı vejetasyon dönemlerinde
mineral ve protein içeriklerinin dönemsel olarak değiştiği tespit edilmiştir.  ağustos ayındaki Mg ve K makroelementlerinin
miktarlarının haziran ayına göre anlamlı olarak azaldığı belirlenmiştir. Diğer
bir makroelement olan N miktarı ise ağustos ayında hem haziran
ayına göre hem de temmuz ayına göre anlamlı olarak azalmıştır. Mikroelement
analizi sonuçlarına göre farklı vejetasyon dönemlerinde Fe miktarında anlamlı
bir değişiklik tespit edilmemiş olmasına rağmen, hem temmuz hem de ağustos
ayında ki Cu miktarı haziran ayına göre anlamlı olarak azalmıştır. Yapılan ağır
metal analizine göre, farklı vejetasyon dönemlerinde ki ağır metal
içeriklerinde anlamlı bir değişim bulunmamıştır. Protein miktarının ise N
miktarının düşüşüne bağlı olarak anlamlı olarak azaldığı tespit edilmiştir.

Bu çalışmada

ve protein içerikleri kantitatif olarak analiz edilmiştir. Bitki materyali haziran,
temmuz ve ağustos aylarında Van yöresinden toplanmış ve makrolement (Na, K, Mg,
Ca, N), mikroelement (Fe, Mn, Cu, Zn), ağır metal (Cd, Cr, Co, Se) ve protein
içeriğinin analizi yapılmıştır. Devegülü bitkisinde farklı vejetasyon
dönemlerinde mineral ve protein içeriklerinin dönemsel olarak değiştiği tespit
edilmiştir.  ağustos ayındaki Mg ve K makroelementlerinin
miktarlarının haziran ayına göre anlamlı olarak azaldığı belirlenmiştir. Diğer
bir makroelement olan N miktarı ise ağustos ayında hem haziran
ayına göre hem de temmuz ayına göre anlamlı olarak azalmıştır. Mikroelement
analizi sonuçlarına göre farklı vejetasyon dönemlerinde Fe miktarında anlamlı
bir değişiklik tespit edilmemiş olmasına rağmen, hem temmuz hem de ağustos
ayında ki Cu miktarı haziran ayına göre anlamlı olarak azalmıştır. Yapılan ağır
metal analizine göre, farklı vejetasyon dönemlerinde ki ağır metal
içeriklerinde anlamlı bir değişim bulunmamıştır. Protein miktarının ise N
miktarının düşüşüne bağlı olarak anlamlı olarak azaldığı tespit edilmiştir.
