This study was conducted to examine the relationship between the belief dimension of spiritual leadership and affective commitment and the mediating role of interactional justice in this relationship. Surveys were sent online to teachers working in primary schools affiliated to the Ministry of National Education in Bayburt, which constitutes the research universe, to be used in line with the purpose of the research. Frequency analysis, CFA (confirmatory factor analysis), reliability analysis, correlation analysis and SEM (Structural equation model) analyzes were applied to 263 data obtained in line with the research model by means of IBM SPSS 21.0 and AMOS 24.0 statistical programs. According to the findings, all the variables in the study have a significant, moderate and positive relationship with each other. In addition, although the belief dimension of spiritual leadership significantly affects affective commitment, interactional justice has a partial mediating role in this effect. In the light of these findings, all hypotheses in the research were accepted. Finally, the results obtained in the conclusion and discussion section were compared with the literature. In addition, based on the results of the research, suggestions were made to the administrators and future researchers.
