Determination of the Factors Affecting the Preference of Real Estate Companies

The real estate sector is an important sector that directly affects economic development and living standards of individuals. Real estate companies play an important role in the decision-making processes of customers when choosing their living spaces. The aim of this study is to determine the factors that are effective in the preference of real estate firms and to examine the effects of these factors in the sector. For this purpose, the questionnaire created by utilising the literature was applied to 278 people living in various cities and the internal consistency coefficient Cronbach's Alpha (CA) value of the data collection tool was calculated as 0.95. The research evaluates how customers perceive factors such as professionalism, reliability, accessibility and empathy of real estate firms. The effects of these factors on increasing the competitiveness of a real estate firm and ensuring customer loyalty will be discussed. In the study, first and second confirmatory factor analyses were applied to test the construct validity of the attitude statements representing the dimensions of the data collection tool, to reveal the representativeness of the items and the relationship between the dimensions. As a result of the analysis, it was determined that all 4 dimensions were effective in real estate office preference and the model was appropriate
