BIBLIOMETRIC ANALYSIS OF TEAM CLIMATE STUDIES

Öz

This research seeks to examine team climate by bibliometric analysis. Organisations need the cooperation of their employees to achieve success. During this co-operation, competition and conflict are also possible. An effective team climate is to create a climate that will make team members successful. Team climate provides a working environment that will increase the performance of the team members working together and makes the employees successful. To achieve this objective, managers must undertake the requisite efforts to cultivate an improved environment for their staff. The data was obtained from the widely used social science database, Web of Science (WOS), and then processed using the open-source program R. The results were presented based on performance analysis and scientific mapping, fundamental elements of bibliometric analysis. This textual analysis elucidated the major topics, prolific authors, influential sources, and prevalent phrases. The paper addressed the contributions, consequences, future research goals, and limits. A complete collection of pertinent literature was acquired from the Web of Science database, yielding a total of 686 documents. The study exclusively encompassed articles, resulting in the acquisition of 558 documents. This thorough investigation produced significant findings regarding team atmosphere and offered insights for future research by scholars. According to the research findings, some of the most prolific authors were identified as Elovainio M., Kivimaki M., and Peduzzi M. The United States, the United Kingdom, and Australia rank highest in the number of citations received per country. The United States, China, and Canada rank highest in scientific output.
