Girişimcilik Merakı İle Yenilikçilik Arasındaki İlişkide Girişimcilik Öz-Yeterliliğinin Aracılık Rolü

Öz

Girişimciliğin artan önemi ile birlikte girişimcilik ekosisteminin her geçen gün
genişlemesi, girişimciliğin belirleyicilerine olan ilgiyi de arttırmıştır. Çalışmada,
girişimciliğin önemli belirleyicilerinden olan yenilikçilik ve girişimcilik merakı arasındaki ilişkide girişimcilik öz-yeterliliğinin aracılık etkisinin incelenmesi
amaçlanmıştır. Yenilikçilik ve girişimcilik merakı arasındaki ilişkide girişimcilik
öz-yeterliliğin aracılık rolü, girişimcilik eğitimi almış ve almakta olan 245 girişimci
adayından anket yöntemiyle elde edilen veriler ışığında araştırılmıştır. Yenilikçiliğin, girişimcilik merakını pozitif ve anlamlı olarak etkilediği görülmüştür. Ayrıca
elde edilen bulgulara göre, yenilikçilik ve girişimcilik merakı arasındaki ilişkide girişimcilik öz-yeterliliğinin kısmi aracılık rolü üstlendiği belirlenmiştir. Modelin
uyumluluğu dikkate alınarak çeşitli önerilerde bulunulmuştur.

Yönetim Bilimleri Dergisi 2024 yılının Eylül ayında “Endüstri 4.0 ve Dijitalleşmenin Sosyal Bilimlerde Yansımaları” başlıklı bir özel sayı yayınlayacaktır.
Çanakkale Onsekiz Mart Üniversitesi Biga İktisadi ve İdari Bilimler Fakültesi tarafından 5-6 Temmuz 2024 tarihlerinde çevrimiçi olarak düzenlenecek olan 4. Uluslararası Sosyal Bilimler Konferansı’nda sunum gerçekleştiren yazarların dergi için ücret yatırmasına gerek olmayıp, dekont yerine Konferans Katılım Belgesini sisteme yüklemeleri yeterli olacaktır.
Gönderilen makalelerin derginin yazım kurallarına uygun olması ve DergiPark sistemi üzerinden sisteme yüklenmesi gerekmektedir. Özel sayı ana başlığı ile ilgisiz makaleler değerlendirmeye alınmayacaktır. Makalelerin Özel Sayı seçilerek sisteme yüklenmesi gerekmektedir. Özel sayı için gönderilmemiş makalelerin bu sayıya eklenmesi mümkün olmayacaktır.
