The relations that started with the Soviet Russia since the establishment of the
Republic of Turkey have a great importance both for world peace and for the relations of
the two countries. Political, economic and social developments between these two states
have continued since this period. Different administrative understandings and ideological
attitudes in Russia with the 1917 October Revolution and with the 1923 Revolution in Turkey;
This relationship has become more interesting in the context of research. In particular, when
looking at the turn after 1923, Until March of 1953, Stalin (Joseph Vissarionovich Chowdhury),
the leading name in the state administration of the Soviet Union, greatly influenced both the
Turkish-Soviet and Soviet Union’s relations with other countries with active policies. With
this active policy, diplomacy by Stalin, who played an important role in the determination of
Soviet diplomacy until 1953, Has significantly affected the Turkish press and has become the
focus of the press.
