A case of primary Ewing sarcoma presenting with a vulvar mass

Öz

Ewing sarcoma/Primitive Neuroectodermal Tumor (ES/PNET) is a high-grade malignant neoplasm that often arises from the skeletal system. Primary extraosseous ES/PNET is a condition that rarely affects the female genital system. Few cases of primary vulvar and vaginal ES have been published to date. In this article, an 11-year-old case of primary ES, one of the youngest cases in the literature, originating from the labium majus and treated successfully with multidisciplinary treatment, is presented.

Vulvada kitle ile başvuran primer Ewing sarkom olgusu

Öz

Ewing sarkomu/Primitif Nöroektodermal tümör (ES/PNET), sıklıkla iskelet sisteminden gelişen, yüksek dereceli malign bir neoplazmdır. Primer ekstraosseöz ES/PNET, kadın genital sistemini nadiren etkileyen bir durumdur. Bugüne kadar az sayıda primer vulvar ve vajinal ES vakası yayınlanmıştır. Bu yazıda, labium majus bölgesinden kaynaklanan ve multidisipliner tedavi ile başarılı bir şekilde tedavi edilen literatürün en genç vakalarından biri olan 11 yaşında bir primer ES olgusu sunulmuştur.
