- Conflict of Interest — declaring any competing interests, or stating clearly that there are none.
- Acknowledgements / Funding — including grant or project numbers where applicable.
- Ethical Approval Statement (if applicable) — for studies involving human subjects, animals, or case reports/case series, state the name of the approving ethics committee/IRB and the approval date and reference (ID) number, confirm compliance with the Declaration of Helsinki (2013 revision), and remove any patient-identifying information unless essential and covered by written informed consent.
8. Similarity (Plagiarism) Check
All manuscripts are screened with iThenticate. The overall similarity index must not exceed 20% (excluding references), and similarity from any single source must not exceed 4%. Manuscripts above these limits, or missing required submission documents, are returned without further evaluation.

- Initial editorial screening (scope, formatting, ethical compliance and similarity report);
- Double-blind review by at least two independent reviewers, wherever possible from different institutions (full review cycle on average ~39 days);
