Anestezi pratiğinde bifid epiglot
Öz
Bifid epiglot, genellikle izole bir anomali olmayıp sıklıkla bir sendromun parçası olarak izlenir. Hastalarda hipofizer ve hipotalamik bozukluklara bağlı primer/sekonder hipotroidizm, growth hormon eksikliği, hipoglisemi gibi endokrinolojik anormalliklerin yanısıra havayolu problemleri olabilir. Anestezi yönetimi hem olası havayolu problemleri hem de endokrin yetmezliklerle komplike olabilir.
