Miksoid Leiomyosarkoma
Öz
Menometroraji teşhisi ile 37 yaşındaki bir bayan (doğum sayısı 1, spontan doğum) universite hastanemize kabul edildi. Vaka hikayesinde 6 ay öncesinde menometroraji ile teşhis edildiği görülen hastada abdominal incelemeler neticesinde hipogastrik ve mezogastrik bölgeleri kapsayan bir kitle tespit ettik. Tümefaksiyon sert ve umblikus seviyesine ulaşmıştı. Birleşik vajinal-abdominal incelemede anterior duvarda kitle ve multipl myeloma hissedildi; uterus 18 haftalık gebeliktekine denk bir şekilde genişlemişti; adneks normal olarak hissedildi. Cerrahi operasyonda multipl miyelomlar tespit edildi. En büyüğü 10 cm çapında jelatinli yumuşak bir yapısı vardı. Adneksin korunduğu total abdominal histerektomi gerçekleştirildi. Histopatolajik sonuçlar en büyük miyomda miksoid leiomyosarkom olduğunu gösterirken, diğer fibroid nodları atipi içermemektedir.
