Dumbbell Shaped Transforaminal Paravertebral Meningioma

Dumbbell tumors are tumors of two or more regions of the spinal column. The majority of the dumbbell tumors are schwannomas. The presentation of spinal meningiomas as a dumbbell tumors are very rare. The diagnosis of Dumbbell-shaped meningiomas with imaging methods is important for preoperative accurate treatment planning and to prevent its postsurgical recurrences.
