An Investigation On The Hadith Forbidding The Suspicion

Abstract

The hadith forbidding the suspicion has been transmitted only by Ebû Hurayra. The relaters of hadith are trustworthy relaters so this hadith is authentic in this way, but there are some differents at it’s narrations. This shows that some additions (idrac) were made to hadith. While suspicion has been forbidden, the reasons of that forbidding have been revealed in that hadith too. By the way a lot of important universal messages have been presented to hu-man being, especially to Muslims by that hadith. Those messages of the Holy Prophet (PBUH) have quality to cure the psychological weakness in the nature of human being and solve the individual and social problems.

Sû-i Zanla İlgili Hadîs Üzerine Bir İnceleme

Öz

Sû-i zanda bulunmayı yasaklayan hadîs, bir çok hadîs kaynağında nakledil-mektedir. Hadîs, sadece Ebû Hureyre tarafından rivâyet edilmektedir. Hadîs, sened bakımından sahih olmakla birlikte rivâyet edilen metinlerde farklılıklar bulunmaktadır. Bu da hadîse idrac yapıldığını göstermektedir. Sû-i zan yasaklanırken, aynı zamanda yasaklamanın gerekçeleri de beyan edil-mekte ve insanlığa bir çok önemli evrensel mesajlar sunulmaktadır. Böylece Hz. Peygamber’in (s.a.s.) bu mesajlarıyla, psikolojik bir zaaf olarak insanoğlunun tabiatında bulunan “sû-i zan hastalığı” tedâvî edilmekte ve gerek ferdî, gerekse içtimâî problemlere çözümler sunulmaktadır.
