Otizm Spektrum Bozukluğuna Yönelik Toplumsal Tutumlar Ölçeğinin Türkçe’ye Uyarlanması

Öz

Bu araştırmada Flood, Bulgrin ve Morgan (2013) tarafından geliştirilen Otizm Spektrum Bozukluğuna Yönelik Toplumsal Tutumlar Ölçeği (OYTTÖ)’nin Türkçe’ye uyarlanması amaçlanmıştır. OYTTÖ’nin yapı geçerliğini sınamak amacıyla Açımlayıcı Faktör Analizi (AFA) uygulanmış ve üç faktörlü bir yapı elde edilmiştir. Ölçeğin alt boyutları ve toplam puan arasındaki korelasyonlarda anlamlı bir ilişki bulunmuştur. OYTTÖ’nin ölçüt-bağımlı geçerliği için Yetersizlikten Etkilenmiş Kişilere Yönelik Tutum Ölçeği kullanılmış ve OYTTÖ ile arasında pozitif yönde anlamlı bir ilişki (p<,001) bulunmuştur. Ölçeğin test tekrar test güvenirliği ,72; Cronbach Alpha içtutarlık katsayısı ,87 olarak hesaplanmıştır. Madde analizi sonucu, madde-toplam ve madde-kalan korelasyonlarının anlamlı olduğu (p<,001); t testi kullanılarak yapılan (alt-üst %27) analizler sonucu maddelerin ve faktörlerin ayırt edici olduğu saptanmıştır. AFA sonucunda elde edilen faktör yapısının gözlenen veri setiyle uyum yeteneğini sınamak amacıyla Doğrulayıcı Faktör Analizi (DFA) yapılmıştır. DFA sonucu elde edilen standartlaştırılmış faktör yük değerleri (,31-,91), t değerleri (t>2,58; p<,001) ve uyum iyiliği değerleri dikkate alınarak modelin kabul edilebilir bir model olduğu görülmüştür. Model için uygulanan DFA sonucunda elde edilen χ2/df oranı 2,40’dır. Diğer uyum değerlerinden RMSEA=0.071, GFI=0.84, AGFI=0.81, RMR=0.43, SRMR=0.73, CFI=0.94, NFI=0.90, NNFI=0,94 olarak hesaplanmıştır.
