Öz

Değer kavramı, antropoloji, felsefe, psikoloji, sosyoloji gibi ayrı disiplinlere dayalı farklı teorik temllere sahiptir. Bu durum, değer kavramına çok yönlü ve karmaşık bir yapı kazandırmıştır. Antropologlar, geleneksel olarak değerleri kültürün özü olarak görürler. Felsefeciler değer kavramını idealleri betimlemek için kullanırken, sosyoloji dünyasında değerler, toplumun karakteristik temel normatif standartlarını oluşturur. Psikolojik perspektiften değerler, tutum ve davranışların belirleyicisi olarak tanımlarnır. Literatür incelendiğinde, değer araştırmalarında kullanılan yöntemlerin de farklılık gösterdiği gözlenmektedir. Bu çalışmanın amacı, kişisel değerler, örgütsel değerler ve kişi-örgüt değer uyumuna ilişkin ölçme çalışmalarında kullanılan yöntemleri ve yönertim literaründe öne çıkan ölçekleri karşılaştırmaktır.
