usinesses can perform some or all of their logistics activities by outsourcing in order to provide both cost advantage and competitive advantage. Logistics companies that provide services in this way are called 3PL companies. For businesses, selecting a 3PL company is a very strategic decision process that involves many criteria. In this process, multi-criteria decision-making methods are used to make optimal decisions. Based on this, this study aims to determine the importance levels of 3PL company selection criteria. In the study, firstly, a literature review was conducted for studies in which the importance levels of the criteria were determined for the purpose of selecting a 3PL company and as a result of this review, the most commonly used criteria were revealed. Then, in accordance with the purpose of the study, the importance levels of these criteria were determined with the CRITIC method, which is one of the multi-criteria decision-making methods.According to the results obtained, the most important criterion was found to be the Trust-Reputation criterion.
