The aim of this study is to examine the relationships between hope and religiosity. Hope, which has an existential value for human beings, can be affected not only by socio-demographic variables such as age, gender, marital status and personality traits, but also by psycho-sociological variables such as optimism, patience, motivation, self-efficacy and self-esteem. However, another variable that has the power to influence hope is religiosity. Because religiosity has a feature that nourishes hope, which is one of the most important tools that helps the individual, especially who encounters negative life events, to cope with this situation. It is thought that this relationship between religiosity and hope may have important consequences for individual mental health. This is the starting point of the work. The results of this study, which was conducted with the qualitative research method, revealed that religiosity generally affects hope positively. From this point of view, it is understood that the positive reflection of religiosity on the hope levels of individuals can also positively affect their psychological well-being. At least in the context of this study, it has been determined that the research findings reached produce results in this direction.
